Nika (Director)


With +25 years of volleyball experience, she played half of those years competitively in Europe; which is where she brought her coaching style from.

Started to coach in young age and have been sharing her knowledge and experience since then. Coached for various Junior Clubs, MS, HS and mainly for UT Volleyball.

Volleyball certifications: CAP & IMPACT indoor & beach, USAV & NFHS Official  



 Coach Ana

Ana has played school and club volleyball since she can remember and competed at the highest levels. She won a National Championship with her HS club team; was 1st Team All-State and American Honors at Saint Dominic Savio HS; Won a National Championship and became MVP of the Conference Championship with the UT Club Volleyball Team.

She also has extensive coaching experience at the club and high school level. Ana, can not wait to share her experience, drive and passion for volleyball with her EuroWay Sports players!


Coach Laura

With being born and raised in Puerto Rico; volleyball has always been a part of Laura’s life (school, club, etc.). Even now, she is still playing on adult competitive leagues and is passionate about this sport.

Besides the fact that she is a mom to an active 5 year old daughter, Laura gained her experience of working with kids while working in Montessori school and while coaching her daughter’s soccer team! She is excited to pass onto her volleyball knowledge and LOVE onto her players!


Johan (CMO)



Originally from Nicaragua, grew up in Miami, FL where he actively played beach volleyball. 

He has own several business from Real Estate to technology companies and has been a mentor to many. As a self starter and innovator, he is now looking forward to passing his knowledge of volleyball onto others. 

Johan met his wife Nika in Austin several years ago and has been involved with the indoor game ever since. 




Coach John



With a competitive spirit and love of the game, volleyball has always been a key theme in his life. 

After 20 years as a successful small business owner and operator, he is currently semi-retired and able to focus on the game and his family. He has been coaching a youth indoor volleyball program and can not wait to continue growing this amazing game. 







Coach Esmeralda

Recently graduated with her MBA in Business Administration, Esmeralda has actively played volleyball for 14+ years and developed a deep passion for the sport. Originally from the Rio Grande valley, she’s played in high school, and with the UT club volleyball team at UT during her undergraduate years.

She has a passion for health, healthcare, education, photography and volleyball. Esmeralda cannot wait for this season to begin to share her knowledge and help her team grow and develop the skills needed to excel in this amazing sport. 

Coach Susie



Graduated at UT Austin with a degree in Economics.
Played volleyball in MS, HS, and various clubs in Dallas area. 

Recently played for UT club volleyball team and was head coached by Nika. Also served as a ‘treasurer’  and now works as a Research Associate in Austin.


Susie can't wait to share her playing knowledge with her new team and has taken on this new role as a 'coach' very seriously! 





Coach Katie






Katie has been a Physical Education teacher and a Middle School coach for few years now in Lago Vista, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Kinesiology. Katie has played sports all of her life and played at the collegiate level as well.


She’s very passionate about coaching, volleyball, and working hard to reach her and her team’s goals. Katie cannot wait for this season to start and help her players meet their full potential.  







 Coach Mirta

Originally from Croatia, Mirta came to Austin in 2014 on an athletic scholarship to play D1 Volleyball for UT. With Longhorns she went to 3 straight Final Fours and was a member of 3 BigXII Champion Teams. 

At UT she graduated with a BS in Communication and is currently working oh her Marster's in International Affairs. She have coached and helped run UT volleyball camps for the past 4 years and very much enjoys working with driven and competitive players.
