Coach Nika has 25+ years of volleyball experience, (half of which were playing competitively in Europe), which influence her style of coaching.
Nika started coaching at a young age and has been sharing her knowledge and experience for many years. She has Coached for various Juniors Clubs, high and middle schools, and UT.

With being born and raised in Puerto Rico; volleyball has always been a part of Laura’s life (school, club, etc.). Even now, she is still playing on adult competitive leagues and is passionate about this sport.
Besides the fact that she is a mom to an active 5 year old daughter, Laura gained her experience of working with kids while working in Montessori school and while coaching her daughter’s soccer team! She is excited to pass onto her volleyball knowledge and LOVE onto her players!
My name is Megan D’Andrea. I have been involved in the game of volleyball for 18 years, 13 years playing and 5 years coaching. I received my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with a Teacher certification from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
I currently teach Physical Education at Harmony School of Innovation in South Austin, and I coach volleyball, basketball, and track at the middle/high school. I am honored to join the EuroWay family and look forward to building a foundation within this organization.
Originally from Nicaragua, grew up in Miami, FL where he actively played beach volleyball.
He has own several business from Real Estate to technology companies and has been a mentor to many. As a self starter and innovator, he is now looking forward to passing his knowledge of volleyball onto others.
Johan met his wife Nika in Austin several years ago and has been involved with the indoor game ever since.
With a competitive spirit and love of the game, volleyball has always been a key theme in his life.
After 20 years as a successful small business owner and operator, he is currently semi-retired and able to focus on the game and his family. He has been coaching a youth indoor volleyball program and can not wait to continue growing this amazing game.
Originally from Los Angeles, as a junior player, David was selected to play at Pepperdine Elite Juniors and as a varsity high school player. He competed on both the Santa Monica College Men’s Volleyball Team and in the Pepperdine Men’s NCAA Volleyball Program.
On retiring from the US Army, Coach Dave has successfully coached both high school and club teams to championships in the Central Texas area. As a player, David continues to compete in local, regional, and national tournaments in both indoor and beach volleyball while winning multiple championships. He is driven to promote love of the game with the passion he still holds for volleyball.
Originally from Austin, TX, Mica is no stranger to Volleyball. She grew up playing club and school volleyball. After graduating from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health.
She found herself coaching the Varsity team for a private school in Leander. Mica’s passion for Volleyball has never discontinued and she hopes to pass on the love of the sport to her players!
Teresa has over 20 years of experience coaching at the club, middle school, and high school levels in Austin.
She has played on the club team at UT, USAV, and in local leagues and is still currently playing beach volleyball. As a certified Pilates instructor, licensed massage therapist, and personal fitness trainer, she’s able to combine her knowledge of body mechanics and training with the specific demands of volleyball to bring the best training methods to players in order to develop their skills, build strength, and avoid injury.
Originally from Croatia, Mirta came to Austin in 2014 on an athletic scholarship to play D1 Volleyball for UT. With Longhorns she went to 3 straight Final Fours and was a member of 3 BigXII Champion Teams.
At UT she graduated with a BS in Communication and is currently working oh her Marster's in International Affairs. She have coached and helped run UT volleyball camps for the past 4 years and very much enjoys working with driven and competitive players.
