Sand Club Training Program - 2019
Where: Katherine Fleischer Park (Mon, Thr & Sun)
When: 7/8 - 8/8 (5 weeks / 12 sessions total)
Days: Mon (9-10:30AM) & Thr (5:30-7PM) - MS age
Mon (10-11:30AM) & Thr (6:30-8PM) - HS age
Sun AM (time TBD) - 7/21 & 8/4
Each Session includes 20-30min strength/conditioning workout. Based on your availability you can attend any or all days and times (within your age group).
Cost: 5 sessions: $215 (paid in full)
10 sessions: $400 (paid in full)
Drop in: $45 (pending space)
*All sessions include tank top; 10 sessions also include free sand socks*

Train To Play - Improving players overall skills, building strength, endurance, vertical jump, and volleyball IQ, are just few of many benefits we'll focus on throughout this professionally run sand volleyball training. We'll combine physical training with skills training and get players ready for games of sand doubles.

QOB (Queen of the Beach) Play - Whether you're interested in playing and competing in sand doubles or just want to play for fun, this training is perfect for you! Join us for this weekly training, where you will get a chance to not only play games of sand doubles with various partners, but you'll also learn rules and strategies of sand volleyball. While playing you'll be personally coached by our professional coach who still competes in beach doubles. Strength and endurance workout might be also included.
Days: Sundays 7/21 & 8/4
Tournaments - are optional; entry fee and other expenses are paid separately by players. USAV or AAU membership might be required at some tournaments.
QOB (Queen of the Beach) Volleyball League
There is no better way to improve as a volleyball player than to actually PLAY games of sand doubles. Each week for 4 weeks you will play with various partners and throughout accumulate points based on your overall individual wins. Top two players will receive ‘Queen of the Beach’ (1st place) and ‘Princess of the Beach’ (2nd place) recognition and a cool volleyball prize. Throughout games you'll be personally coached by our professional coach who still competes in beach doubles.
The first 20-30min of each session will be focused on strength, endurance and injury prevention training. We'll work hard BUT have fun while at it!
