Sand Volleyball

 

 

 

Even though we’re still talking about VOLLEYBALL, the game of indoor sixes & sand doubles is very different. As the season changes, we encourage players to switch their indoor game for outdoor. There are many benefits for doing so. 

          
We offer a variety of trainings to fit your needs:

Private Lessons (1 player)
Semi-Private Lessons (2 – 3 players)
Small Group Lessons (+ 4 players)
Clinics and Legues

Improves volleyball IQ = Mental strength

Builds endurance = Physical strength

Develops all skills = Better overall player 

Builds powerful legs = Increases vertical jump 

Builds lean muscle mass = Reduces body fat 

Improves movement = Optimizes speed and agility 

Builds strong upper bodies = More powerful spiking, serving 

Sand is less strenuous on body = Reduces risk of injury!

Offers psychological break – playing in relaxed environment, no coaches (during play) 

Creates versatile players – by having to play each position and use all skills 

Builds and improves defensive skills – by learning court awareness, reading the play, reacting to the ball  

Foster and expands offensive skills – by using different shots, knowing where and when to place them 

Builds teamwork skills – by working together, sharing responsibilities, trusting each other 

Teaches communication – using verbal, non verbal (hand signals), listening, and assessing skills 

Develop mental toughness – by minimizing strengths, magnifying weaknesses 

Grows self reliance – by self coaching, responsibility, nutrition and hydration consciousnesses 

Teaches ability to - improvise, make smart decisions and tactical adjustment, execute under pressure
