Nika Borge
(Director & Master Coach)

Coach Nika has
25+ years of volleyball experience, (playing, coaching, officiating). Born and raised in Europe, volleyball became her life at very young age. Her focus and competitive nature allowed her to play at the highest levels.

Nika started coaching during her HS years and has been sharing her game knowledge and experience with others since then. She has coached for various Junior Clubs, schools, and even Austin's UT club. She has then realized that US is lacking certain training aspects offered overseas and has decided (with her husband Johan Borge) to open their own non-profit training organization 'EuroWay Sports'.

Volleyball certifications: CAP & IMPACT indoor & beach, USAV & NFHS Official, GMS, etc.

 Coach Laura

With being born and raised in Puerto Rico; volleyball has always been a part of Laura’s life (school, club, etc.). Even now, she is still playing on adult competitive leagues and is passionate about this sport.

Besides the fact that she is a mom to an active 5 year old daughter, Laura gained her experience of working with kids while working in Montessori school and while coaching her daughter’s soccer team! She is excited to pass onto her volleyball knowledge and LOVE onto her players!

Johan Borge
(Director & Coach)

Originally from Nicaragua, grew up in Miami, FL where he actively played beach volleyball.

He worked for Dell Computers and left it to start his own business from Real Estate to technology companies and has been a mentor to many. As a self-starter and innovator, he is now looking forward to passing his knowledge of volleyball onto others.

Johan met his wife Nika in Austin several years ago and has been involved with the indoor game ever since and now is a founder and Director of Euroway Sports with his wife.
